Terms of Use
Effective date: May 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://www.denversbestheatingandacrepair.com and any HVAC services provided by Denver's Best Heating and AC Repair (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Colorado-based heating and cooling contractor located at 8821 E Hampden Ave Suite 259, Denver, CO 80231. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Denver's Best Heating and AC Repair provides residential and commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to, furnace repair and installation, air conditioning repair and installation, heat pump services, boiler repair, evaporative cooler service, HVAC maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions throughout the Denver, Colorado metro area.
All services are performed by licensed, EPA Section 608 certified, and NATE certified technicians. We hold the Colorado mechanical contractor license required for all HVAC work in the state and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
2. Service Area
Our services are available throughout the Denver metro area including, but not limited to, Denver, Aurora, Englewood, Centennial, Lakewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, Broomfield, Parker, Greenwood Village, Golden, and Castle Rock, Colorado. Service availability depends on technician routing and demand. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our normal service area.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide written, upfront quotes before any work begins. Prices are flat-rate, not hourly. The quoted price is the price you pay — we do not add fees after work is completed without your prior approval.
Residential diagnostic fee is $79.95 and is waived when you approve and proceed with the recommended repair on the same visit. Commercial diagnostic fees typically run $150–$250. An after-hours emergency surcharge of $75 applies to service calls placed outside standard business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays). All surcharges are disclosed before dispatch.
Estimates provided over the phone or via website form are preliminary and subject to adjustment following on-site diagnosis. A final written quote is always provided before any work begins.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment times are estimates. While we strive to arrive within your scheduled window, actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior job complexity, or other operational factors. We will contact you if a significant delay is anticipated.
Same-day service is offered subject to technician availability. We do not guarantee same-day availability for all requests. Emergency calls are prioritized over routine service appointments.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing is available through third-party lenders — see our financing page for current options. Financed transactions are subject to the terms of the applicable lender agreement.
Unpaid invoices may be subject to collection proceedings. You agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, if legal action is required to collect an unpaid balance.
6. Warranty
Labor Warranty
We warrant all labor performed by our technicians for a period of 180 days from the date of service. If a failure occurs due to a defect in our workmanship during this period, we will return and correct the issue at no additional labor charge.
Parts Warranty
Parts installed by our technicians are warranted for the duration of the applicable manufacturer warranty, which may be up to 5 years on certain parts depending on the component and manufacturer. The specific warranty period for any part will be disclosed at the time of installation or repair. Parts warranties are fulfilled through the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
